Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Package Your Order

  Place your veneers and all original packaging, including the impression kit materials, into a secure shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or start your remake within 7-10 business days.
